DRC will process your Request to Know or Request to Delete unless DRC is required to keep the personal information for the purposes of complying with any applicable federal or state laws.

Collection of Other Information

We use a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect information about use of this site. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit this site, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to this site. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve this site. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit this site, rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. Although Google Analytics plants a cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit this site, the cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to this site is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use (as amended for government websites) and the Google Privacy Policy. Security of Information

Security measures are in place on DRC websites to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. DRC offers industry-standard security measures available through your Web browser. Please remember that e-mail is not secure. Therefore, DRC asks that you do not send confidential information such as social security or account numbers to us via an unsecured e-mail message. DRC is committed to ensuring that the information we obtain and use is accurate. You can help us maintain accurate records by informing us of changes or modifications to your personal information using one of the methods listed under Contacting DRC. DRC service representatives are trained to answer questions about, and give you reasonable access to, your personal information in our database.

DRC websites are directed at adults. DRC does not knowingly collect or use information from children. Should children access DRC websites, DRC is confident that parents will not judge any of the information provided as objectionable for viewing.
